Here are my notes from a GPLv3 talk I gave in Belfast in January:

I'm currently confirming the details for giving a talk in London on April
7th.  The topic is "legal threats to free software", and GPLv3 will
mentioned in that.


I'll also be at IFSO's AGM on February 27th in Dublin, there will not be
formal talks, but GPLv3 will be discussed as much as the attendees like.

I'm also helping to organise a free software event for March 16th in
Belfast, where Stallman will be one of the speakers.  GPLv3 discussion will
probably be included.  I may or may not speak myself at this.
