If you're posting that close to the plenary session, it's likely 
they'll already be in Brussels (or is it Strasburg?). Mail sent to an 
Irish address may not get opened in time seeing as it's the holidays 
and all.

I suggest sending it directly to the European Parliament with every 
envelope marked "ATTN: For September plenary session" on the front. 
Otherwise mail gets put in a pile to be done when the time allows, 
which will be after the plenary session.

BTW this advice came from a MEP. I also learned that letters to one 
parliament get faxed to the other.
