I got a mail from a Richard Balfe on monday.  He's an MEP, not sure what
country he's from but he's concerned about this issue, so he might be a
good person to educate.  In Ireland, Patricia McKenna has been very
good at understanding our position.  For reference, the first letter we
sent to the MEPs is still at:
