[Fsfe-ie] Updated contact information for IFSO

Hi everyone,

In line with some recent discussion, the "default" contact email
address for IFSO is now contact at ifso.ie (this is really just an alias
for the other addresses, which will continue to work).

Any new IFSO promotional material will advertise this address (for
instance the shirts Malcolm is arranging will mention it).
