[Fsfe-ie] Software Freedom Day Dublin Event Postponed

Hi there.

The committee has been trying to arrange the Software Freedom
Day Event. Unfortunately, a significant snag has come up:
* Ciaran and I won't be in the country.
* Glenn and Aiden will be too busy in the week leading
  up to the event to help much.
While David Cathcart kindly offered to organise it on his
own, we've decided it would be fairer to postpone it until
we can throw more people at the problem.
