Dear Members, 

Just to inform you that the Fourtou report concerning the Directive on 
measures and procedures to ensure the enforcement of intellectual property 
rights will be postponed to March I part-session in Strasbourg (ELDR shadow: 
T. Manders - doc A5-468/03) 

This postponement should facilitate and make possible a compromise between 
the different political Groups and with the Council in order to adopt the 
Directive at first reading.
