We have to build up a track record and become trusted first.

If we keep going as we are, there should be no problem if we apply in 6
months time.

It would also be useful to meet with someone from FSFeurope.  This could
happen at FOSDEM or at another conference, or we could have someone from
FSFeurope over for a visit, or something.

It'll happen, but we can figure out the mechanics some other time.
