[Fsfe-ie] Talk in UCD

Audio and video startign to appear online now fromt he talk, i apologise 
for the quality as always, it's intelligable. Sorry for the delay too, i 
was makeing sure the creative commons liscenses were embedded in the 
files. Speex is up now, hopefully ogg and mp3 overnight, and video on 
monday / tuesday.
