His feet will arrive here in Brussels in 3 hours time, so I'll hold him to
that ...unless he has some clever way to avoid the ground when get gets off
the train.

...but not having the burden of an international reputation, or
relationships in high places, IFSO can pursue a more efficient/quicker
position-taking process.
