[Fsfe-ie] european commission request for comments on patents

Hi all,

Enclosed is a html link to a questionnaire, if your going to complete 
it, it needs to be returned on or before the 31st March. They accept 
both hard and soft copy.

If you wish to participate I am not offering any guidance but I would 
suggest you familiarise yourself with regard to it. It needs to be read 
very carefully. There will possibly be position papers on how explaining 
what would be a useful way to answer it a little closer to the time.

Perhaps our Brussels based member would care to tell us how long it 
takes for snail mail to get from here to there.
