[Fsfe-ie] IFSO Meeting - Change in arrangements

Hi everyone,

It's recently become clear that the old IFSO meeting dates didn't suit
some people any more. After some internal discussion, we have decided
to try meeting on a Wednesday, starting this month.

Since this is rather short notice we're pushing this months meeting
out a week.

So, the next IFSO meeting is on Wednesday 22 November 2006 in
Mahaffeys pub.

The meeting after that will be on December 20
