[Fsfe-ie] The latest on GPLv3 - a transcript of RMS from last week's conference

I've made a transcript of Richard's talk from last week's GPLv3 conference
in Japan which shows the state of the debates such as how patents and
tivoisation will be tackled:

Novell/MS are mentioned, as is treacherous computing, the goals of versions
1 and 2, and some other interesting stuff.

The 3rd discussion draft is currently being worked on and is due in early
December, so if you haven't gotten around to it yet, now is the time to go
and read discussion draft 2 and make your comments so that they can be
thought about before draft 3 is published.

I made the transcript from a video I took myself, but I haven't gotten
around to processing it or putting it online, and I'm kinda hoping that the
official event videos will be published so that I won't have to do all that.
