I'll get the list started with the obvious ones:
* Anti-swpat legislation
* Oppose the centralised patent court (the idea isn't fundamentally bad, but
  the proposed implementation is incompatible with having patents applying
  to hobby, community, and non-profit activity)
* Migrate the EP to using free software (within a certain timeframe)
* Mandate use of open standards by the EP (I think "Zero FRAND" is the
  current EU label for what we call open/free standards)

Maybe offtopic:
* Net neutrality
* Against guilt-by-accusation laws (aka "the three strikes" or "graduated
  response") 
* Against copyright extension (which separates people from culture,
  requiring excessive problematic tech such as DRM to maintain the
  separation)  (the EP will vote on copyright extension in the coming days)
