[Fsfe-ie] Ahoy IFSOers

Folks, I've been searching the data.gov.ie platform:

    https://data.gov.ie/publisher

I can't see **any** technology related department? You know, I'm not
really sure who I should be looking for. All I could find is the LGMA:

    http://www.lgma.ie/en/what-we-do

Anyone have any insights here? I'd like to push for data release on this
platform related to software procurement and use, alongside the FOI
requests.

Best,

Luke
