Hi, Rachel from Madlab has said that we can have madlab for free on
December the 7th for the cryptography (which gives us our 50 pounds back
to spend elsewhere) and also we can have the first Monday of the month
from 7-9 for our meetings again.
1) IS the 7th okay with everyone?
2) Is Monday okay with everyone for our weeknight monthly meetings

We can accommodate you on the 7th. We've already got something on from
3-5pm so could do this for you for free, otherwise we would need to
bring a member of staff in and it would be charged as a hire. Let me
know your thoughts.
Looks like the first Monday is free from November. Shall I book you in
from 7-9pm? Please bear in mind that we might occasionally have to
change dates to accommodate other events - but there's nothing on the
horizon at this moment in time. Of course, we'll notify you well in advance.
