The website of my city (Kortrijk, Belgium) was referring to the website of adobe (_www.adobe.be_ http://get.adobe.com/nl/reader/.) in order to install a pdf-reader. I sent an email with the suggestion that are also free pdf-readers (http://pdfreaders.org/) and that I didn't understand that a government was promoting commercial software. I was pleased that after a few days the website was changed and now free pdf-readers are recommended.
Best regards, Bernard Decock

Hi Maëlle,
it is very good news that people continue to send letters on their own. We should support this. Can you write a blog entry with some examples what individuals achived (clarify with them if it is ok to use their names) and explain people what they have to do to do it on their own.
Regards, Matthias
Hi Bernard !
Thank you very much for having contacted your city council for this matter on your own, and offered us such good news !
I've added the city of Kortrijk in our list of institutions [1] and simultaneously marked it as having resolved the problem.
By the way, I would like to write a blog entry on how we are dealing with the campaign, and show people that they can make a difference in getting involved. Would you agree that I mention you on the blog post on my blog [2], or do you prefer to remain anonymous ?
In any case, thank you again for your contribution to the pdfreaders campaign !
Regards,
